| T1445. The sale of Trafford Park in 1896 included Trafford Hall -the family home of the de Traffords. The oldest part of the Hall dated from the Elizabethan period, with a newer section being constructed in the eighteenth century. The parkland which was to become Trafford Park Estate, was originally green and leafy, and was the home to deer and other wildlife. | |
